Designer Fashion Workshops: June 2011 Schedule

“Designer Fashion Workshops” is the brain child of design veterans Lulu Tan-Gan, Inno Sotto and Jojie Lloren. DFW gives you an edge and opportunity to find out more about fashion through the knowledge and experience of their faculty, all are active industry players willing to share their first-hand knowledge and experience with their students.

DFW offers workshops for all levels--from beginners to existing fashion designers--DFW workshops offer high-quality fashion workshops taught by top-fashion professionals.

Instructors include Jojie Lloren who teaches his lucky students his Flat Pattern Drafting and Draping secrets he learned at the prestigious Ecole de la Chambre syndicale de la couture in Paris; Pidge Reyes teaches Creative Sewing and Garment Sewing; Joey Samson-Fashion Design, Robi Lolin - Fashion Illustration; Millet Arzaga and Noel Manapat - Styling, and Lulu Tan-Gan lectures in Global Fashion and Knitting. Mentor faculty is Inno Sotto for Introduction to Fashion Design, while guest faculty is Roy Gonzales who teaches Advanced Draping.

Learn From The Masters: September 18 to November 13, 2010

If you've always been into fashion and wanted to take classes, but never found the time for it because of school or work commitments, I have the most absolute perfect reason for you to dive into the world of fashion design and styling - SATURDAY CLASSES!

This September, Designer Fashion Workshops will begin it's second and last run of workshops for 2010. From September 18 to November 13, spend your Saturdays with Jojie Lloren, Lulu Tan-Gan, Roy Gonzales, Inno Sotto, Joey Samson, Robi Lolin, Noel Manapat, Pidge Reyes and Numer Esconde. Consider it learning from the masters themselves!

DRAPING 1 - Jojie Lloren
FASHION STYLING - Noel Manapat
DRAPING 3 (pre-req. Draping 2) - Roy Gonzales
FASHION DESIGN MODULE 1 - Joey Samson, Robi Lolin, Lulu Tan-Gan
PATTERN DRAFTING - Jojie Lloren
GARMENT CONSTRUCTION 1 - Pidge Reyes
(pre-req Creative Exercises in Sewing or knowledge in use of sewing machine)

You may choose to sign up for one workshop, or sign up for more to fill a whole day. But it is strongly recommended that you sign up immediately, at least a week before the workshop starts so you can get a slot.
