"We're still experimenting with our merchandise mix, but the idea is to be
top-of-mind among Pinays when it comes to shopping for that necklace or bracelet
you need for your gimik outfit, or a cute ring that your best friend will love," says
Kat.
Most of the merchandise are sourced abroad, but they also carry pieces handcrafted by Kat's sister Nina, one-of-a-kind pieces that you won't find anywhere else. Even more than providing stylish finds, however, the company believes in going the extra mile for customer service. “We want shopping at Martina-Martina.com to be hassle-free, so we keep our customers informed about the ordering and shipping status, and reply to enquiries in a timely manner,” explains
Pat, a third partner handling legal and financial matters.
