A Whole New You at Rustan's

Whether it’s committing to a healthier lifestyle or taking better care of our selves, there’s no better time than now to get started! Helping everyone to jumpstart their journey to wellness, Rustan’s launches its “A Whole New You” campaign this January.

Sample healthy and beverages and get discounts on Klean Kanteen:

Enjoy fruit and vegetable shakes at home, whatever your budget is. From the affordable Magic Bullet to the premium Vitamix, Rustans has it in store:

I got to watch this Grayns demo and I loved it!

I often see this "rice cooker that takes the sugar out of rice" pop out on my Facebook feed but I thought it was just one of those concept products that have yet to be produced.

It takes 45 minutes for the rice to cook in it, but in fairness, the taste wasn't drastically different.

I got to try the rice cooked in a Grayns rice cooker and apart from taking out the sugar, it also made the brown rice come out fluffier and softer than it would if it was cooked in a conventional rice cooker. Same for the white rice. But I was really impressed at how it made eating brown rice less of a sacrifice

But at Php27k for this, the Lolo beside me who did a taste test said magka-diabetes na lang daw sya, haha. Although hey, if you're serious about keeping your blood sugar and diet in check, this comes out cheaper than spending for insulin shots and diet delivery meals.

The health and wellness fair happens across all Rustan’s stores and The Beauty Source branches from January 20 to 31, 2017.

Participating beauty brands include Neal’s Yard Remedies, Acca Kappa, Murad, Clarins and L'Occitane.

For the Home, look out for Bugatti and the Philips Airfryer as well.

Capping off the month at Rustan’s Makati is an event hosted by Heart2Heart, founded by the Queen of Hearts, Rica De Jesus. Rica celebrates a decade of love, friendship, food and fun as she hosts a relaxing day for wellness with its Facial Mist Bar by Sisley, and Areum, nail bar by O.P.I. and Deborah Lippmann, hairstyling by Phyto in partnership with Dyson, Murad’s wellness bar and youthcam, Neal’s Yard Remedies’s Organic Aromatherapy, healthy cooking by Russel Hobbs, Gelato Bar by Nemox, and juicing bar by Vitamix, NutriBullet, Breville, Matstone, Kuvings, and Hurom. Of course, Rica will also surprise guests with “hearted” treats from Baylis and Harding, Acca Kappa, L’Occitane, Laura Mercier, jane iredale, and Clarins.

From self-care to home care, healthy skin to healthy eating, discover wonderful ways to celebrate unique beauty and the journey to wellness with Rustan’s.

The Verdict On: Delite Ampalaya Plus Herbal Tea

Growing up, fruits and vegetables were a staple in our meals. We've always loved it except for the dreaded Ampalaya. My mom who has diabetes, would insist that we eat it once in a while because it's good for lowering blood sugar. As a kid, I've always hoped there was a better way to consume it without the bitter taste. A few months back, I was so happy to discover the Ampalaya Plus line of products and shared it with my Mom.

Recently, I gave my sister Nicole a box of Delite Ampalaya Plus Herbal Tea (from the same makers of Ampalaya Plus Capsules ) to test out and asked her to monitor her blood sugar.

This is Nicole, she's a real person, and she wrote this review hehe

She doesn't have diabetes or is pre-diabetic, but we are very conscious about monitoring our blood sugar because diabetes runs in the family. Here is Nicole's verdict, as written by her:

The Product: Delite Herbal Tea Ampalaya Plus

Product Information: Contains...

- Momordica charantia (Ampalaya) leaves and fruits

- Citrus microcarpa (Kalamansi) juice

- Camellia sinensis (Green Tea)

- Curcuma Longa (Luyang Dilaw) rhizomes

- Lagertroemia speciosa (Banaba) leaves

The Promise:
The product doesn't have any therapeutic claims. Common knowledge suggests that herbal teas have a multitude of health benefits. Collectively, Ampalaya, Turmeric, and Banaba are best known for being an antioxidant that lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and reduces swelling and pain in the body. It is FDA registered as a Herbal Tea under the Food Category. FDA's position on Herbal Tea is that it is not recommended for pregnant women.

Put to the Test:
For this particular test, we just wanted to know if it can lower blood sugar or if the health benefits being experienced or reported are just really placebo. For 1 week, I drank Delite tea with breakfast. Due to limited lancet needles and strips available, (and mostly because I refuse to prick my finger everyday) I only took my blood test twice which was on the initial and last day of the one week test.

On day 1, I took an initial blood test 2 hours after having breakfast without Delite. On day 7 I took a final blood test 2 hours after having breakfast with Delite for 6 days straight.

Day 1 - Peanut Butter and Raspberry Jelly sandwich without Delite
Day 2 - Just Delite
Day 3 - Chocolate bread slice with Delite
Day 4 - Cucumber shake and Dragonfruit with Delite
Day 5 - Estrelles caramel cake with Delite
Day 6 - Rice with daing, seaweed, salted egg end tomatoes with Delite
Day 7 - Dragonfruit with Yakult and 2 cups of Delite (I took two cups because I ate 4 donuts yesterday and pasta)

Passing the Verdict:

Day 1: 104

Day 7: 69

Quite shocked at the Day 7 level. One sachet is enough.

I would still have preferred eating the real thing, which is fresh Ampalaya, Banaba, or Luya boiled in water, but this alternative has my seal of approval.

Limitations of the experiment: Variables such as diet and exercise varied daily.

Practical Tip: The taste is slightly bitter but quite delicious. Enhance the Kalamansi flavor, by squeezing one real Kalamansi into your hot or cold tea. Next to water, Delite has zero calories and has no sugar added, no artificial color or flavor, and may be taken hot or cold. It is probably one of the healthiest health drinks available in the market.

Disclaimer: It is important to note that Delite tea should not be considered a stand alone treatment for any ailments. A balanced meal rich in fiber and low in fat, coupled with exercise is still the best way to prevent Diabetes.

Price: Php20 x 1 sachet, Net Weight/sachet:25g

Point of Sale: Available at Mercury, Watsons, TGP, South Star, Rose Pharmacy and all leading drugstores nationwide. Available online via Lazada and for those abroad, through the Ampalaya Plus website.

Promotion: Special Lazada offer buy any of our product and get 1 free Delite Herbal Tea. (Good while offer lasts)

MFO's Verdict On: BioBalance Nutrient and Metabolic Testing

If you or anyone you know suffers from depression, fertility issues, chronic fatigue, inexplicable weight gain or inability to lose weight, have trouble sleeping or have serious allergies, and have tried all sorts of cures and interventions, the solution to that probably lies NOT in more potent medications, extra hours of exercise, extreme diets or invasive procedures.

What's causing it could in fact be a correctible chemical imbalance in your body.  Which can be addressed by taking vitamins, the right diet, and most important - a change in mind set. Let me explain:

These are the vitamins I take in the morning, noon and evening.

I love that they are packed as morning, noon and evening vitamins, because it makes taking my vitamins so easy. Just open the foil pack, and that's it. No more twisting caps open, while thinking if I missed something I should have taken, or have taken something I already have.

They are so convenient too in the sense that I can just pack them along when we travel. No need for those weekly pillboxes that I have to manually fill by day.

But the genius in these vitamins isn't in how convenient they are. These vitamins are personalized for me, based on the nutrients that my body needs for optimal health and wellness. These vitamins aren't just fancy supplements. They are meant to address my current health concerns like low energy, poor memory, anemia, food intolerances, difficulty in sleeping, etc. How did I find out which vitamins I need?

By taking the Nutrient and Metabolic Test at the BioBalance Wellness Insititute in Greenfield,  Mandaluyong.

Before you dismiss this as another MFO is mid-lifeing and taking all these tests she doesn't need, let me clear this out by saying, this is LIFE CHANGING STUFF! What I'm saying is, it's better that we take preventive measures now, rather than go to the hospital because we are seriously sick na. You know what I mean?

Let me put it this way. Here are three reasons why you should consider doing this test, especially if you're having any of the health issues I mentioned earlier.

1) Prevention rather than cure. It is waaaay better to take care of our health while our issues aren't life threatening or serious yet. Do we have to wait for a near death experience to take our health seriously?  No? Thought so.

2) Every time we complain about something, an ache or a pain, we are told to take medicine. The problem with this is, what is being treated is the symptom, and not the root cause. A migraine isn't always just because of stress or lack of sleep. Fatigue isn't just because of your long work hours. Infertility isn't just because of PCOS.  It could also be because of deficiencies or toxicities in our system, as these manifest in signs and symptoms that lead to serious health conditions.

3) We are always told we are unique. Which is true, there is nobody else like you and me. But how come when it comes to vitamin supplements, it's always "one size, fits all". We all take the same multi-vitamins. The same iron, calcium and vitamin C supplements. There's no uniqueness in that. Let your vitamins work for you, and you alone.

I guess you know where my verdict is leading to by now, but let me explain the hows and whys.

The Product: BioBalance Nutrient and Metabolic Testing

The Promise: Most of the time, despite your best efforts to do research on and to consume the “right” vitamins and other supplements for yourself, your body may still be deficient or in excess of several vitamins, minerals, co-factors, amino acids, and essential fats. A nutrient deficiency or toxicity signals an imbalance in your body. When this is unaddressed, your body can still function at sub-optimal levels for months, even years. When this imbalance progresses, however, it will eventually manifest in signs and symptoms that may lead to serious health conditions.

Nutrient balancing is about correcting subtle deficiencies and borderline toxicities of the macro- and micronutrients contained within the body’s complex cellular biochemical networks. Correct one imbalance, and you will affect everything else in the cascade. The devil is in the details of the inner workings of the network of biochemical pathways.

A portion of the how our biochemical pathways looks like. Kaloka.

So how do you correct imbalances within a network? Through Measured Wellness®

Each of you has a different body make-up, lifestyle and health state. So in nutritional supplementation, one size does not fit all. Your nutritional requirements are as unique and as personal as your own fingerprints! Just like an Illness Medicine Doctor runs diagnostic tests before giving any drugs, BioBalance® Wellness Doctors recommend nutrient and metabolic tests before giving any supplements. This practice is called Measured Wellness®. Your body is unique in its biochemistry. The Measured Wellness® approach removes the guesswork on specific nutrients your body needs and allows the correction of nutrient imbalances within cellular biochemical networks. You can be assured that you’re taking the right food and vitamins and other supplements to achieve your optimal health and to manage current diseases and predispositions in a way that is totally tailored for you. Measured Wellness® allows the practice of true personalized pharmacology!

Put to the Test: No, I was not made to go through a battery of tests. The Metabolic Analysis Profile is just one urine test. That's about it. I was just asked to refrain from taking any supplements days prior to submitting my urine specimen one early morning, before I could drink anything or take my breakfast.

But before any tests are done, the process begins with having to fill up a Client Info Sheet, which basically asks about our current state of health.

This is the receiving area where I had to fill up the info sheet. It feels like the receiving room of a spa in here.

The next step is a talk/consultation with a BioBalance Wellness Doctor who will discuss health concerns you bring up. The doctor will assess if you will benefit from a test.

Consultations are done in a more private room where you can discuss your health issues with the Wellness Doctor

To further look into my current state of health, they also had me take the InBody Test which gives a baseline of our body composition, water weight, muscle and body mess. InBody tells me I am underweight but with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI).  Whew.

InBody also tells us our visceral fat level, which signals if we are predisposed to vascular diseases. Which thankfully, I don't have to worry about at this point.

This test is also great prior to going on a training regimen because it shows us which parts of our body we need to work on. This is not a stress test ha. I just stood there holding the handles, easy peasy, until I was told to step off the plate. I got the results, mere minutes after this.

My urine sample was sent out to the US, where Genova Diagnostics, who runs the test, sends back my Metabolic Analysis Profile two to three weeks after.

Of course, I again paid a visit to BioBalance to discuss the results as soon as it came out.

Two weeks later, I had a consultation with Dr. Stan Chua of BioBalance, who explained the 13 page report to me.  It was quite thorough. For example, I was told I was low in B vitamins, which are a source of energy. This explains why I get tired fast. I was then told to eat lots of dark, leafy green vegetables, better if raw.

As we further discussed my vitamin and mineral deficiencies, it turns out, my consumption of Vitamin B was high because it was linked to my inefficient metabolism. Instead of getting my energy from three sources: carbs, fats and protein, I was mainly getting it through protein because of inefficiencies in producing energy from carbs and fats. This was also the main reason why I have trouble gaining weight aka, inability to build muscle mass.

While this is ideal now, because, who in her right mind wouldn't want to not gain weight, the problem starts when my metabolism starts slowing down because I do not have enough muscle structure to maintain my metabolism. In short, tataba din ako in time. And I do not want to get to that stage. Hehe.

Hence, I am now on a high protein diet, but I am also supplementing this with my personalised stash of vitamins to help me break down carbs and fats efficiently.

Of course, the results and vitamins vary depending on your body makeup. Dr. Chua shares many couples have gone to him with fertility concerns, folks with weight issues or chronic diseases and many have been helped. It's worth a try going in to have yourself tested, especially when you've before you've exhausted all means to find out what's troubling you.

Passing the Verdict: A month after taking my prescribed cocktail of vitamins morning, noon and night, I gotta admit, I haven't gotten sick since. I even have energy to go to Pilates early in the morning, when I would normally stay in bed till 10 am because I fell asleep at 3 am.

I also notice that when I take my vitamins coupled with the probiotics I bought at BioBalance, I can afford to indulge in items in my food intolerance red zone without having to suffer horribly for it. Of course, I still try to stay disciplined and avoid bawal food as much as I can.

The vitamins are pricey yes, but they are worth it.

I also have to hand it to the BioBalance Wellness Team, composed of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, and medical technologists who are specifically trained in the BioBalance Measured Wellness® solution.  They were very professional without being clinical. I really felt comfortable having my tests done there.

Practical Tip: According to Mel Gillego, who handles marketing for BioBalance, clients don't have to get their vitamins from their pharmacy and one doesn't have to take the test to buy vitamins from them.

The quality of their vitamins is superb though, and if you are looking for probiotics as well as a good Folic Acid, get it at BioBalance. L-MethylFolate, the Biobalance Folic Acid, is formulated to be absorbed by the body right away.

If you have already taken the Food Intolerance Test, it is complementary to this Metabolic Test as it gives a bigger picture of your health. Do let your Wellness Doctor know about it, so she/he can advice you on how to work around your intolerances.

Part 2: Shrink the Belly Project

Read Part 1, HERE.

5. Kat Power + Lemon Water. Before lemon water in the morning became a thing,  my fitspiration Kat Garcia, was convincing me to take lemon water early on, because it speeds up metabolism daw.

This is Kat, she's a mom of two and has 6-pack abs

I didn't take it seriously then, but two months after I gave birth, I consulted with her and she said I had to do it as part of my fasting cardio routine, which was safe to do two months post-partum.

Since there was no escaping it, I eventually did so and I saw for myself how fast I lost the extra weight! I am now a believer. She recommends mixing lemon water with some honey and cinnamon, which is actually quite yummy. I take it warm first thing in the morning.

via healthandlovepage.com

Which reminds me, I am actually due for toning sessions with @mamakat na! (She's @mamakat on Instagtram). I don't need to be super ripped, but it would be nice to get toned. If you want to consult with Kat, message her at +63917 620 6876.

6. Watch what you eat. This is going to be a downer, but nutrition plays a key role in losing unwanted weight. What worked for me in general:

- Ge Lai Herbs that my mother in law made me take as a tonic. She says it helps flush out toxins and dirty blood from the body
- NO junk food or salty food so you don't have to deal with water retention while pregnant (I eventually caved in after I gave birth and had my well-deserved share of chips and stuff, about once a week)
- Taking my Food Intolerance results seriously and avoiding gluten, dairy and eggs as much as possible
- Kat recommends avoiding salt and sugar in general, but allowing for weekend cheat days
- Do not deprive yourself, do it the French way and eat what you like, but always in moderation. I now give in to cornick, corn chips and cheeze curls once in a while

7. Clarins scrub down to fight cellulite.  Ladies, if you can have babies early on, do so na. Being pregnant and getting your body into shape in your late 30s is not as easy as when you're in your 20s to early 30s.

Being an older mom, Clarins pre and pos-natal massages were part of my pregnancy indulgences.

I have to stress, I was more masipag going to the Clarins Spa in Rustan's Makati when I was pregnant with Xavi but was really delinquent when I was pregnant with Tepper and I could see the difference talaga. Cellulite was greeting me with wide dimpled smiles with Tepper.

8. BREASTFEED. It really helps the uterus shrink really fast, and allowed me to eat all I want without putting on the pounds.

9. NO Yaya. This I think is the real secret. If you have no yaya, or you have someone to assist you, but you do most of the work, especially the puyat at night, that's the highway to losing weight, coupled with breastfeeding.

I figured this out when we were living in the US and most of the moms there were like me, puyat, babywearing and pushing strollers, probably lacking the right nutrition, but dressed in Alexander Wang and Isabel Marant. Eye bags covered by Tom Ford sunglasses. Happy na din. Hahaha.

When we moved back here, and became pregnant with the boys, I kept up with the habit of taking care of them at night, puyat and all. Effective with weight loss, promise.

So there, I won't expect you to do all I did, but this is what worked for me and my lifestyle. Maybe you can take bits and pieces of advice from here, and see what's effective for you!

Food Intolerance Testing: 2 Months Later

I just wanted to update you on how I've been doing since I took the Food Intolerance Test of Hi-Precision Diagnostics in December, and  began to consciously make an effort to avoid food I shouldn't be eating by February.

Yes, it took me a while to accept the results. I was not ready to give up on eating cake, cheese, and all my other favorites. But I figured, what is the test for if I do not do anything about it?

And so, while I could not do a complete 3 month fasting of the food items I was reactive to, I just made sure I had minimal intake of them. Like I've totally stopped eating cheese. Instead of ordering a latte, I get an Americano. I have probably had only 3 slices of cake in the last two months. I occasionally (read once a week) give in to eating cookies and bread but that's about that.

Well guess what, apart from more energy that I spoke of in my Breaking Bread post, I realized that there are two more health benefits gained since.

1. No more morning colds. I used to wake up sneezing and having to blow my nose. But come lunch time, it would disappear. I don't suffer from that any more. We used to have to turn on our Blueair air purifier each night because I thought it was dust causing my sneezing. But no. Ever since I started watching what I ate, there has been no need to turn on the air purifier any more.

2. Bloating and gas, good bye. I thought my being bloated and gassy (I could burp loudly, like an annoying teenage jock) had something to do with being pregnant. But it didn't go away after I gave birth to Tepper. It finally disappeared, when cheese, baked goods, and dairy started to disappear from my daily meals. True story.

So there. I'm feeling better than ever, and seeing these results, I do feel incentivized to avoid the food products on my Elevated Foods list.  If there are any more pleasant health changes I've noticed, I shall keep you posted.

If you'd like to find out what food items you are intolerant of, visit a Hi-Precision Diagnostics branch nearest you, or request for home service, like we did! Call (632) 741-7777 to schedule and visit www.hi-precision.com.ph for more details.

Breaking Bread

Here's some new knowledge I've got to share with you, especially if you often feel bloated, tired, or suffer from migraines.

If you've been feeling unwell all these years, and you've chalked it up to age, or your body just getting more sensitive these days, don't blame yourself.

It could be the food you eat that's causing it.

At least, that's the premise behind the most talked about test in town - Food Intolerance Testing, which I took through Hi-Precision Diagnostics, upon the urging of my friend Mel Ongsue-Lee.

The results were so enlightening, I have already made a conscious habit of avoiding dairy...

Dairy-free Coconut Milk Drink by So Delicious, available at SM Hypermart and Spice Island Trader in San Juan

And taking a break from bread. Beautiful bread. "Bread, break na tayo!"

How to stay gluten-free when in Paul Boulangerie? Gluten-free Paillassons Champignons

So yes, you can guess by now that I am intolerant to dairy and gluten. Anything that has to do with cow's milk and wheat, I've got to say bye bye. For now at least. (According to Mel, just avoiding food we are intolerant with for three months, already has significant effects on our sensitivity to it.)

Dada & I took the test back when I was almost due with Tepper.  I figured, since I was about to breastfeed again soon, and also anticipating a season of sleepless nights, I better find out which foods I should avoid, because "Bawal magkasakit!"

Mel scheduled to have a phlebotomist from Hi-Precision come to our home to take blood samples. (Yes! they do home service, so convenient!)

Bright and early, and getting my blood drawn. Yuh. I woke up like dis.

He asked us to fill up some forms, he drew some blood, and that was that!

Sooner than soon, the results came out. The food intolerance test results look like this. Segregated according to 1) Food Groups.

Food Group segregation allows you find alternatives from the same food group

and by 2) Order of Reactivity.

As with traffic lights, Red means stop, Yellow proceed with caution and green means go

It was kind of sad that a lot of my favorite foods fell into the red and yellow categories, but hey, if that's what it takes to be in tip top shape, then avoid is the way to go.

I am happy to report that ever since I consciously made an effort to avoid the food items in the red group, I am feeling less lethargic and more energetic.

I mean seriously, pre-Food Intolerance Testing, there were days when I always felt too tired, and I'd blame it on not having enough energy to take care of the family, manage the household and do my work.

But now, I have one more baby in the equation, essentially the same amount of work, and I am doing just fine with enough energy to spare. Yes, despite the sleepless nights!

If you'd like to find out what food items you are intolerant of, visit a Hi-Precision Diagnostics branch nearest you, or request for home service, like we did! Call (632) 741-7777 to schedule and visit www.hi-precision.com.ph for more details.

The Gift of Good Health: Hi-Precision Diagnostics

It wasn't until I met Mel Ongsue-Lee of Hi-Precision Diagnostics did I realize that the power of preventive medicine is available to us right, here in the Philippines!

We got to talk about BRACAnalysis, a type of genetic testing that helps determine whether someone has one of the two genetic mutations – BRCA1 or BRCA2 – that can increase the risk of breast and ovarian cancer. It is the exact test that helped Angelina Jolie decide to have a double mastectomy.

Turns out, Hi-Precision offers the same test, right here. To be exact, the blood is extracted here, but is sent to their partner, Myriad Genetics in the US, to have it analyzed there.

They also have EndoPredict, a multi-gene test for breast cancer patients, which helps a patient decide on the best treatment strategy for them. In a nutshell and in layman's terms, there are some cases in which breast cancer patients are subjected to chemotherapy, even if they don't really need it. This leads to over treatment and exposure to unnecessary side effects and expenses. With EndoPredict, patients can decided on the best individual therapy strategy for them based on the biology of their tumor. (For detailed information on this, contact Hi-Precision at 741-7777)

Mel also says they do paternity tests, another kind of genetic testing, which of course, helps in determining if a guy really is the legitimate father of a kid. Just in case someone you know has such concerns, you know where to go. Hehe.

Curious about these breakthrough tests, I visited Mel at Hi-Precision Plus in Bonifacio Global City, and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the facilities.

Hi-Precision Plus The Fort is at the 3/F of Commercenter Building, by the parking area

The reception area of Hi-Precision Plus The Fort in Bonifacio Global City

I've always associated hospitals and clinics with doctor visits, and laboratories as something where I get blood work and X-rays done and that's about it. But Mel changed all that for me when she explained to me what else they can do.

Because more than just a laboratory, they are a medical diagnostics facility equipped with the latest technology and software. They also have specialists on board, available for consultation.

Everything is laid out so well, with an extraction room:

The Biometrics counter:

A dedicated Drug Testing Lab:

Where they can also do Hair Follicle Drug Testing, if a person refuses to have their blood extracted, for whatever reason. Wink. Wink.

The Imaging section where X-rays and ultrasounds are done:

As well as physicians clinics and clean and sterile examination rooms.

I also noticed on their wall that they offer HIV testing...

And the super popular Food Intolerance Testing that many of my friends have already done themselves. Curious about this too? Well, Dada and I did this, thanks to Mel's convincing and I am excited to share the results with you as soon as we get them!

Meanwhile, let me highlight two more things!

1) Hi-Precision offers home service. If you would like to have some lab work done, but you don't have time to go to their lab, they can send one of their trained nurses to get samples from you at your home or office. If you are a huge household, you can even arrange for your annual physical exams to be done right at home, they can even bring the machines right to you!

Call the Home Service Hotlines at 741 7777/0922 890 6664/0947 896 6617 for inquiries or appointments.

2) Hi-Precision is now in Sta. Rosa, Laguna at Sta. Rosa Estates - which is great news for those living further south.

And they are offering 10% OFF on all laboratory tests until the end of this month, December 31, 2014!

It is close to Paseo de Sta. Rosa and pretty near Nuvali and Ayala Westgrove Heights, for those who are more familiar with these landmarks.

This holiday season, you may want to spend on preventive healthcare instead, and knowing what is available to us now, well, you know where to go! ;)

For more on Hi-Precision Diagnostics and their services, visit their website, https://www.hi-precision.com.ph/

P.S. - I promise to share with you the highlights of my Food Intolerance Test, soon!
